By participating in the Cellular Memory Reset® program, you acknowledge that coaching is a partnership based on mutual trust, respect, honesty, transparency, and professionalism.
This process of Transformational Coaching is rooted in providing clarity, based on the belief that you already possess the inherent intelligence, resources, creativity, and knowledge necessary for success. The aim of this coaching program is to empower you to overcome any blocks in your inner healing process, and to support you on your own healing journey.
Throughout the program, various tools and techniques will be used, including Rapid Transformational Therapy, Rapid Transformational Coaching, Life Coaching, principles from quantum physics and quantum biology, as well as insights from scientific studies. These methodologies are designed to guide you toward self-discovery and personal inner healing.
As part of this process, you may access deep-rooted memories that could be associated with uncomfortable emotions, such as pain, guilt, shame, or sadness. While it is important to note that you cannot relive these past experiences as they remain in the past, you may revisit scenes or memories that were previously challenging. By agreeing to participate, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of revisiting such memories and emotions, understanding that doing so is part of the healing and transformation process.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being during the training, and you affirm that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally able to participate in the program and you have no medical conditions that may be negatively impacted by this program. You also acknowledge that you are comfortable and ready to work on deep feelings and emotions.
By participating in the training, you release Daniela Man, her team, her volunteers, sponsors, collaborators and the scientific research team from any claims or demands for damages, losses, or injuries arising from your participation. This release also extends to your heirs, assigns, and representatives.
You further agree not to file any claims or lawsuits against Daniela Man, her team, her volunteers, sponsors, collaborators and the scientific research team for any injury or damage related to the training, including unknown or unforeseen claims. This agreement also covers all litigation costs, including attorney fees, if any legal action arises.
The program runs for 21 days, during which you will receive 21 pre-recorded lessons in video format and some downloadable resources. Additionally, the program includes three live support calls a week, for 3 weeks, which will also be recorded and provided to you. You have lifetime access to any downloadable formats and 6 months to all recorded lessons.
You are also invited to join our community for the duration of the 21 days, and you agree to respect everyone’s privacy and confidentiality.
You agree not to share any of these recordings or materials with anyone outside this program, and especially not to share on social media. We take the privacy of all our clients very seriously, so we can create a safe container for the expression of the deepest wounds.
It is also understood that this program is registered as a trademark and is protected as intellectual property. As such, the content of the program, including but not limited to the lessons, resources, and methodologies, cannot be copied, redistributed, altered, or modified in any way without the express written permission of the program’s creator. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge the proprietary nature of the material and agree to respect the intellectual property rights associated with the program.
By moving forward with this program, you are willingly and without any constraint agreeing to these terms.
